I can help you to understand more about stress and how it is affecting you in your everyday life - your physical self, your emotional self and your behaviour. Together, we can identify the causes of your stress and work out what you can do to change things for the better.
With my support, you will learn new practical techniques to help you manage your stress and restore your energy. Things such as:
• Relaxation methods - using visualisation, meditation, our breathing and our bodies
• Positive thinking and affirmations
• Improving your sleep and eating patterns
• Time management
• Preparing positively for challenging situations
• The role of a healthy diet and exercise
• Achieving work-life balance
• Being assertive about your needs
Each appointment lasts an hour. The level of support you need will depend on you- some clients find that things are much easier after just two or three sessions; others need more support in specific areas. |
