Biodynamic Massage is a body-centred approach to achieving and maintaining good health. It is a form of therapeutic touch which works with the body in a holistic way, supporting the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Many clients find that biodynamic massage can help them to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and provides a safe, supportive space in which to make sense of their lives.

Each session lasts an hour and will be different, according to your needs. The massage can be carried out through clothing, if you prefer. The techniques vary and there is time to talk, if you so wish, about how you are feeling.
